You can cancel your membership in RSRC at any time. The cancellation must be done in writing, by mail or email, to the RSRC Office Manager. The cancellation will be effective the date the request is received. If you have paid dues in advance, those dues will be pro-rated according to the effective date and returned to you within 30 days less any outstanding charges. If you are late with your dues, you will be billed accordingly.
