FAMILY REUNIONS AND GROUP CAMPING (BOY SCOUTS, GIRL SCOUTS, 4-H, ETC.) 1. The family reunions or groups may meet or camp in any campground after Labor Day Weekend and before Memorial Day Weekend. 2. The sponsoring Member must be present with the reunion or group. 3. The sponsoring Member must sign forms, releasing the Roaring Springs Ranch Club, Inc., from all liability and must assume responsibility for all persons in the reunion or group. 4. There will be a charge of $2.00 per day for each guest that attends the group or family reunion, who is not camping and further there will be a charge of $12.00 per day for each tent and $20.00 per day for each recreational vehicle connected with the reunion or group. If more than one family is staying in the tent or RV, there is a $5.00 fee per day for the extra family. This charge does not apply to the sponsoring Member's recreational vehicle, van or tent. No more than six (6) persons, including children, shall occupy any recreational trailer, van or tent. 5. Family reunions, RV rallies, Boy Scout groups, etc.... shall be held in Campground A, Campground B or the north end of Campground C from Memorial Day Weekend until Labor Day Weekend is over. 6. There will be a charge of $5.00 per night to each adult guest(s) that stays in a Members RV or trailer. 7. Groups will not be allowed to camp on holiday weekends except to rent and stay at the Welcome Center.
