RULES CONCERNING THE RENTAL OF GOLF CART STALLS 1. All golf cart storage buildings, including the partitions, are the property of the Roaring Springs Ranch Club, Inc. 2. The Business Office shall be responsible to rent all stalls as the stalls become vacant or a renter wishes to vacate a stall. 3. Golf cart stalls shall be rented to Members only. 4. If a Member desires to vacate a stall, the Member shall notify the Business Office of the date on which the stall will be vacated. The Club will refund to the Member a partial refund, based on the number of months remaining in the rent period. 5. Members are not permitted to sublease stalls nor to loan stalls to other Members or to non-members. 6. If a Member desires to vacate a stall, the Member shall notify the Business Office of the date on which the stall will be vacated. The Club will NOT refund to the Member a partial refund, if the Member takes his/her golf cart out early. Renting for the first time, a Member may pro-rate. However, if a Member has rented a golf cart stall previously, the Member may not pro-rate and the entire amount ($212.50) is due and renewable the 1st of October every year. 7. Golf cart stall shall be rented for golf carts, ATV's and other items, with the exception, that in the event the Club runs out of stalls, Members who are storing ATV's may be asked to vacate if stalls are needed for a Golf Member to store their cart.
