ENTRY TO FACILITY 1. Whenever a Member enters the Ranch for a visit, the Member shall register at the Registration and Office Building when the Building is manned. In the event the Registration and Office Building is not manned, the Member may use the outside sign in sheet and proceed to the camping area. 2. Each Member will be required to present a current membership card at the registration desk. A list of current Members and a list of delinquent Members will be maintained in the Registration Office. If a Member does not have a current membership card, the Member will not be allowed to enter the Ranch until the delinquent dues, assessments or installment payments are paid on a current basis. 3. A Member's children under 16 years of age shall not be permitted to enter and use the Ranch facilities, including the swimming pool unless accompanied by the Member or a Member's child who is 16 years of age or older. 4. If a Member desires to have guest(s), then the Member shall be required to accompany the guest(s) at the time of entry, or the Member may elect to notify the Business Office in person, not by telephone or mail, that his/her guest(s) will be arriving at an approximate time, and furnish the name of the guest(s). Upon arrival of the guest(s), the guest(s) will be permitted to enter the Ranch after furnishing a current drivers license or current credit card as a means of identification and executing a release form. Guest(s) will be permitted to enter or visit the Ranch only when the sponsoring Member is present on the Ranch. Guest(s) will be required to leave the Ranch when the sponsoring Member leaves the Ranch, except the Member may leave the Ranch for short periods, but not overnight. 5. At the time of entry a Member and his/her guest(s) will be required to release the Roaring Springs Ranch Club, Inc. and each and all Members from any damages, which the guest(s) might incur due to the use of the Ranch facilities. The Member shall agree to be responsible for any damages or injuries, which his/her guest(s) incur. Forms will be provided at the time of entry for this purpose. 6. A Member shall pay $12.00 per night for each tent and $20.00 per night for each recreational vehicle occupied by guest(s). A Member and his guest(s) shall occupy no more than three camping sites. A guest, who brings in a recreational vehicle, van or tent, is limited to visiting the Ranch two times in each calendar year. 7. A Member, including both spouses as one Member in this instance, shall not have more than four (4) guests or one (1) guest with an Associate Member, including children at the same time and further, a Member, including both spouses as one Member in this instance, shall not have more than two (2) guest recreational vehicles, occupied by no more than six (6) guests, including children, at the same time; except family reunions, RV travel clubs and other groups such as Boy Scouts, 4H, etc. are permitted as allowed under "FAMILY REUNIONS AND GROUP CAMPING" of these "RULES OF CONDUCT" . 8. The Member, who is sponsoring guests, shall pay a daily entrance fee of $5.00 per day (24 hours or less) for each guest, as allowed elsewhere in these "RULES OF CONDUCT", that a Member brings onto the Ranch property. An associate Member shall pay $5.00 for their (1) guest, per day (24 hours or less), as allowed elsewhere in these "RULES OF CONDUCT". A receipt will be issued to the Member or guest upon payment of the fee. 9. To help defray the cost of electricity during the summer, each trailer or RV that camps from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend will be charged $2.00 for each night they camp. 10. Each adult guest(s) who stays in a Member's RV or trailer will be charged $5.00 per night. The following guests are exempt from the payment of the daily entrance fee: A. Children 12 years of age and under. B. Two adults, 18 years of age or more, and their children, 17 years of age or under, and who are occupants of a recreational vehicle or tent for which the guest camping fee has been paid by a Member. C. A minister, who has been invited to speak at the Chapel on Sunday. D. Guests who are brought to the Ranch for a ride through the Ranch. E. Guests who enter the Ranch through the main entry, with a Member to play golf only, and whose daily greens fee to play golf is paid by the accompanying member. F. Guests of a member, who is presently camping at the ranch, unless the guest is a frequent user of the Roaring Springs Ranch Club facilities.
