COMMUNITY BUILDING AND MEETING ROOM

1. The Community Building and the Meeting Room shall be rented by reservation. First come first served.

2. After use, the floors shall be vacuumed, cabinets washed and cleaned by the user. The facility must be left as clean as found.

3. The use of alcoholic beverages will not be permitted in the Community Building or the Meeting Room. The user must pay for all damages to furniture, carpeting, drapes and other facilities, including the building, which occurred during the use of the buildings.

4. Recreational vehicles are allowed to parked at the Community Center overnight. Camping fees will be charged.

5. There will be a $100.00 charge for reserving the Community Center and canceling with less than a 30-day notice.

6. The entire Community Center is now available for rental

1 through 6 hours	$ 64.00 + 4.00 tax = $ 68.00
7 through 12 hours	$ 88.00 + 5.50 tax = $ 93.50
13 through 24 hours	$ 130.00 + 8.13 tax = $ 138.13
25 through 48 hours	$ 220.00 + 13.75 tax = $ 233.75
* $50.00 deposit required, to be refunded if user cleans facility.
MEETING ROOM----(ANNEX)**
1 through 6 hours	$ 25.00 + 1.56 tax = $ 26.56
7 through 12 hours	$ 38.60 + 2.41 tax = $ 41.01
13 through 24 hours	$ 65.00 + 4.06 tax = $ 69.06
25 through 48 hours	$ 100.00 + 6.25 tax = $ 106.25
** $50.00 deposit required, to be refunded if facility is cleaned by user.
