CAMPGROUNDS

1.      There is no reservation of campsites.  The campsites are open on a first come--first choice basis.

2.      Since most of the hook-ups provide for two recreational vehicles, Members shall park their recreational vehicle so as not to block both parking areas.

3.      Permanent fire pits are not provided at each campsite, Members are requested to use previously used fire pits.

4.      Due to underground water lines and electric wires, do not dig fire pits.

5.      Firewood may be gathered within the Ranch property.  Gather dead wood only.  Firewood shall not be taken off of Ranch property.

6.      Do not cross the fence and trespass into the Country Lakes Estates, formerly the Springs Lakes Estates, or other adjoining property.

7.      A campfire shall be attended at all times, otherwise the fire shall be fully extinguished, preferably with water.

8.      Due to water supply, washing automobiles is not permitted.

9.      Sewage shall not be discharged from a recreational vehicle within the Ranch property, except at the sewer dump station.

10.    Gray water (sink and bath water) may be discharged at a campsite only if the ground will absorb the water.  Use a garden hose type drain, do not use a standard RV sewer hose. 

11.    Each Member and guest shall be responsible to collect his/her trash in a heavy plastic bag.  Deposit your full plastic bag in the trailer at the sewage dump station south of the store and Chapel.  Do not place loose trash in the trailer.  All trash must be in plastic bags.

12.    Dogs must be on a leash at all times within the campground areas or on campground roads.  Members shall clean up after their pets frequently.  Pets are not allowed in the rest rooms, or in any other buildings.  Any unruly, vicious or noisy pet must be controlled or removed from the Ranch.

13.    Any group or individual whose conduct adversely affects other Members and their enjoyment of the Ranch will be warned of such behavior.  If they continue in such a manner, then, the party or individual will be required to leave the Ranch.

14.    Except to play golf, walking or hiking on the golf course is not permitted.

15.    When vacating a campsite, clean the site of any trash or rubbish; pile any rocks used for campfires under a nearby tree or bush so the site can be mowed.

16.    After 10:00 PM all Members, out of respect for their neighbors, are requested to refrain from making noises which will disturb the neighbors, including playing radios or musical instruments, and to turn off all outside lights.

17.    The use of any type firearm, including pellet guns, is prohibited at any location on the Ranch property.  Hunting is prohibited.

18.    A Member shall stay out the same number of days the Member camps i.e. if a member camps for 3 days, the Member must be vacant for 3 days, not to exceed the 14 day limit in any 30 day period and allow an additional 7 days camping in that 30 day period at a cost of $10.00 per day.
